Processing Time
All preorder copies of Parallel Past: Isle of Two Suns – Part I are signed and packed by hand.
Preorders will begin shipping in late April 2026 in order to arrive on or shortly after the official release date of May 6, 2026.
Orders placed after the preorder window will ship within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Method (U.S.)
All U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to USPS, shipping times are subject to carrier performance. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
